Accessibility Statement

We're committed to making this site accessible to everyone.

What we've done

This website is designed with accessibility in mind:

- Color contrast meets WCAG AA requirements for text and interactive elements
- All meaningful images include alternative text for screen reader users
- The site is fully navigable using a keyboard, with visible focus indicators
- Headings follow a logical hierarchy to support assistive technology navigation
- Content is structured using semantic HTML
- The site works with major screen readers, including JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver

Known limitations

We're working to improve accessibility wherever possible, but a few areas remain in progress:

- Menu and catering PDFs. Some of the PDF documents linked from this site may not yet be fully tagged for screen reader access. If you need any PDF in an accessible format, contact us and we'll provide it in your preferred format within two business days.
- Embedded forms. Our feedback and catering request forms are hosted by Microsoft Forms, which manages its own accessibility.
- Embedded menus. PDF menus are displayed using Google Drive's viewer. If the embedded viewer doesn't work well with your assistive technology, contact us for an alternative format.

Need help?

If you experience any accessibility barriers on this website, or if you need content provided in an alternative format (large print, plain text, audio, or a different file type), please contact UTPB Dining directly. We aim to respond within two business days.
